Case Study.
Year 1
Got a Cert IV in WHS without re-enrolling.
Megan came in with zero formal WHS qualifications, working as a site admin on a residential apartment build. The program front-loads the five Cert IV pre-req units — risk, consultation, compliance, WHSMS and incident response — so within months she walked away with a nationally recognised Cert IV and was already running toolbox talks as a Safety Officer.
Year 2
Stepped straight into the Diploma core.
No second enrolment, no second course fee. Megan moved straight into the six Diploma core units — auditing, hazard control, WHS strategy — while stepping up into a WHS Coordinator role with a Tier 2 builder. Her income lifted around $32K.
Year 3
Two nationally recognised quals from one enrolment.
Megan finished the electives and walked away with both a Cert IV and a Diploma in WHS off a single enrolment. She's now WHS Manager across multiple projects, reporting to the executive, with a resume that opens work in mining, government and manufacturing.
