Certificate III in Landscape Construction

Turns your skilled workers into officially trade-qualified professionals — protecting your business and lifting your bottom line.

Why qualify your team. Unqualified workers expose your business to prosecution, failed audits and lost contracts. This qualification removes that risk and unlocks licensed work and tenders that demand credentialled trades.

What they'll learn. Retaining walls, stonework, paving, hardscaping and softscaping, decking, fencing, sheds and structural landscape works — residential, civil and commercial.

The outcome. A safer, more productive, more loyal workforce — recognised by state construction commissions, government departments, industry bodies, universities and TAFEs.

Diploma of Leadership and Management

Turns your best operators into formally qualified leaders — strengthening your management bench and lifting performance across every team they run.

Why qualify your team. Most managers are promoted for being good at the job, not trained to lead — and the gap costs you. This qualification gives your people the frameworks to lead with confidence under pressure.

What they'll learn. Team leadership, operational planning, performance management, communication and emotional intelligence, workplace relationships, and managing change.

The outcome. A stronger leadership pipeline and a more capable, accountable workforce — nationally recognised by government departments, industry bodies and universities.
